Oliver graduated in 1976 from University College Galway as a Civil Engineer. He has worked in many local authorities as senior engineer. In 1997 he set up Oliver Higgins Consulting Engineers Ltd from offices in Oranmore, Co. Galway. He is a member of Engineers Ireland.

Dwayne Higgins B.Sc. (Hons), M.Sc. Arch, AEng Civil MIEI
Architectural Engineer

Dwayne graduated from Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology in 1999 and Waterford Institute of Technology in 2003 as an Architectural Engineer. He was director of Arch Tech Design Ltd in Tuam prior to joining OHCE in 2005. He has studied with the University of East London and completed the M.Sc. in Architecture which specialised in Advanced Environmental and Energy Studies. He holds the registered title of Associate Engineer with Engineers Ireland.
